Based on the Mexican tin heart wall decorations, these solid metal cast earrings have a vintage silver finish with red resin heart filling. Metal "stud" type attachments with stopper included to help secure your earrings better. Though they're solid metal, they're not very heavy. but we do offer a mini "stud" version in this style. They measure about 1.2" W x 2" H
