Please Note: These “dresses” are actually a two-piece set that includes a top and a skirt.

Each piece is crafted with care using a black taffeta fabric as the base and an embroidered tulle overlay, intricately hand-embroidered with multicolor cotton threads. After the embroidery is completed by hand, the garments are sewn together with a sewing machine.

Adjustable Fit:
Both the blouse and the waistband are adjustable to ensure a comfortable and flattering fit. However, the length of the skirt is crucial — please measure your girl before placing your order.

HOW TO MEASURE:

Step 1: Measure from your girl’s waist down to the desired length. (The models in the pictures are wearing floor-length skirts.)

Step 2: Based on the length you need, select the appropriate size from our Skirt Length Size Chart below. Height is more important than age when choosing a size:

SIZE SKIRT LENGTH
3–12 months 9”/10”
1T–2T 14”/15”
3T 16”/18”
4 21”/22”
5/6 26”/27”
7/8 29”/30”
9/10 35”/36”

Step 3 (Optional):
For a fuller, puffier look, we recommend adding a crinoline or petticoat underneath. We also offer colorful sashes/belts and matching accessories — don’t forget to add these to your cart if desired.

ADDITIONAL INFO:
• The blouse neckline and sleeves are adjustable with a drawstring ribbon that you can tighten to your liking.
• The set may appear oversized when you first receive it — this is normal. Once the top is tucked in and the skirt is adjusted at the waist, it will look just like it does on the models.
• To confirm you’ve received the correct size, try the skirt on your child. If it reaches the ankles or just brushes the floor, you’ve got the right fit.
• Keep in mind: each size down is approximately 3.5” shorter. If your current fit is ankle-length and you size down, the proportion may not look as intended.
• If the skirt is slightly too long, you can simply position it higher at the waist or use a petticoat to give it lift.

WAIST STYLES:
• Drawstring Waist: Simply pull the string and tie a bow — easy and adjustable.
• Four-Tip Waist: Follow these steps to tie it correctly:
1. Place the skirt with two tips in front and two in the back.
2. Take the two back tips and tie them in the front (at the belly button).
3. Then take the front tips and tie them at the back, forming a bow.

Please Note:
Each set is handmade and one of a kind. If you’d like to see the exact set before it ships, feel free to request photos and we’ll be happy to send them your way.

This listing includes the top and skirt only.
Belts and flower hair accessories are sold separately.
